Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and would like a kit, write to info@creatkits.com and we will tell you what we can do.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a US public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time and cost

Economy: 5 to 8 business days. 4.90 USD for orders under 5 lb. Free on orders of 50 USD and over.

Standard: 3 to 4 business days. 6.90 USD up to 1 lb, 9.90 USD from 1 to 5 lb.

Delivery times are carrier estimates, counted from the moment the parcel leaves us and not from the moment you place the order.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel ships we email you a tracking number. If it has not arrived within an hour of the shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder.

Wrong or incomplete address

We ship to the address entered at checkout, so please check it before paying. If you spot a mistake, email info@creatkits.com straight away. We can correct the address while the order is still with us, but not after it has been handed to the carrier.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking says delivered but the parcel is not with you, please check with the people you live with and your local post office first, then write to us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will sort it out.

If a parcel arrives damaged, send a photo of the box and its contents to info@creatkits.com within 7 days and we will replace the kit at our expense.
